Do you feel worried or stressed? Does your body feel stiff?
Akwaaba’s yoga classes are back, and they can help.
Yoga uses simple standing and seated stretches and breathing practices to release tension in the body and calm the mind.
Come and try it this Sunday.
Everyone is welcome, you don’t need to have done it before.
You also don’t need to have a yoga mat. You can also do it on a chair if that’s easier for you.
