Akwaaba Sunday Yoga

If you are feeling stressed or anxious
If you are feeling stiffness in your body
If you are having trouble sleeping

Gentle stretching of the body and focusing on breathing more deeply can really help with easing tension and calming the mind.

This is what we do in a yoga class – some simple standing and sitting stretches followed by a few minutes of total rest whilst lying or sitting down.

Come and try Akwaaba‘s online Zoom yoga class this Sunday 25th Oct at 2-3pm.

It is open to everyone, you don’t need to have done yoga before. You also do not need a yoga mat.

If sitting on the floor is difficult for you, for example if you have knee pain, you can do it in a chair, I will show you how.
