Tuesday evening yoga

I’m teaching yoga this evening at 8pm. It would be lovely to see some of you. If you are able to join please join the meeting on time so that I have a chance to chat a bit to you at the start of the class, I will not allow people to join the meeting after 5 minutes from the start as it is too disruptive. Please have a blanket and a chair, you don’t need a yoga mat but if you have one you can use it.

I will teach a gentle flowing sequence, aimed at releasing tension in the mind and body. I hope the classes can help you find a little more space mentally and physically. I will also offer moments of quiet and stillness in meditation, which can be seated or lying down.

Everybody is welcome to attend the classes, all ages, women, men, girls and boys, no experience is necessary. You can practice in a small space, all you need is a chair and you might like to have a pillow or a towel/blanket for more comfort.
