If you are feeling stressed, anxious, stiff in your body or having trouble sleeping, give this free online yoga class a try.
All it involves is some simple standing and sitting stretches designed to open up your body and gently strengthen your muscles, and paying attention to breath to help calm your mind.
It is open to everyone, you don’t need to have done yoga before and you do not need a yoga mat. Also, if sitting on the floor is difficult for you, you can do it in a chair, I will show you how.
