Akwaaba Saturday Yoga

Open to everyone, you don’t need to have done yoga before. You also do not need a yoga mat, though if you are on a hard floor you might want to have some cushions or a blanket to hand, for example to rest under your knees.

If sitting on the floor is difficult for you, you can do it in a chair, I will show you how.

It is all gentle standing and seated stretching whilst focusing on breathing more deeply, all of which can help ease stiffness in your body, build up some strength and calm busy or anxious minds.
