Akwaaba breathing & meditation

On Tuesday evening at 8pm-8:30pm I am teaching a short, half hour class of gentle breathing exercises leading into mindful meditation.
It’s designed to help manage stress and calm the mind, and all the techniques are simple, so if there’s one you like, that works well for you, you can carry it on yourself at home whenever you want to.
Everyone is welcome and you don’t need any previous experience. No mat needed and you can sit on a chair or the floor, wherever is most comfortable for you. Perhaps have a cushion or pillow to hand to sit on or to support your back if you’re in a chair and help you sit in comfort.
